The WebX Client Feature is included in the standard Geo SCADA Expert Installer.
You will want to turn off all of the other Features in the installer, and you won't need to install many of the pre-requisites (i.e. the licences, or Crystal Reports).
I'm unsure what the Feature ID for this is if you wanted to push it from SCOM or do an unattended install in another manner.
But you could dive into it with Orca if your config environment doesn't automatically determine them for you.
