Hi,
I have installed Virtual ViewX 2019 March 2020 Update 2 on separate machine with Windows 10 operation system and if I'm use VirtualUI user for "Custom account settings" on Sessions tab in Virtual ViewX Manager the Virtual ViewX server is unreachable on port 85.
When I clear checkbox "Custom Acconout settings" Virtual ViewX server is reachable again.
I've checked every setting about VirtualUI user and its enabling for remote desktop.
And also access rights to these folder:
• C:\Program Files\Thinfinity\VirtualUI
• C:\ProgramData\Cybele Software\Thinfinity\VirtualUI
• C:\Users\Public\Documents\Cybele Software
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA
Even a test procedure of VirtuaUI account in Virtual ViewX manager has passed (see attachement).
For now I don't know how to get Virtual ViewX server functional under the custom Windows account.
