Virtual ViewX Is Losing Connection When Not Focus Tab

VVX is dropping connection when an end-user is browsing on a different Edge tab or using another application.  The connection remains stable when VVX is the focal point.  The message displayed is "Connection lost.  Reconnecting..."  The user then has to log back in on most occasions however, every now and then they do not have to..

Edge is probably putting the tab to sleep which closes the connection to the server.

You may not want to disable it for performance reasons on these computers, but extending the inactivity period might improve the user experience without too much performance impact.

Hi Geoff

I do not believe this to be the case in this instance as the sleeping tab enables after 1 hour on my machine however, the disconnect takes place within minutes.
