ViewX Crashing Problem

Hi appear to having issues with ViewX crashing after Ive logged into it. Running the latest May 2020 version.

.Net Runtime error appeared 192.168.10.1 - router help

The process was terminated to unhandled exception

Any thoughts on what would cause this type of error? VIewX runs fine on server just gives issues on the client side. WebX version is working fine. 192168101.com

When you say "Running the latest May 2020 version"... what do you mean?

You should have supplied a screen shot of what this '.NET Runtime error' was, since there are many different variations.

Recommendations on things to try would be:

Uninstall and re-install ViewX
Uninstall and re-install .NET Framework
Investigate installing latest version of software
Uninstall and re-install Windows OS
Uninstall and install alternative Computer
