Unwanted white page was added to CRYSTAL Reports on exporting from GEO SCADA only?!!

Hello Everyone,

We had a crystal report that when generated From GEO SCADA  then  display it (display a report with 4 numbered pages)

but when it is exported from GEO SCADA (an empty page inserted without changing in the numbering of pages ) 

Why is that? or how can we remove the empty page from the report when exporting?

What format is it exported to, e.g. PDF or DOC?

Are the page settings (paper size etc) set correctly in the report definition (Crystal) and the export configuration (Geo SCADA)?

it is exported to PDF format

page set to A4 in Crystal and GEO SCADA

margins set to 4mm in GEO SCADA and set to 0.167 in Crystal
