Settings for a User to View Only a Specific Page
Hello,
I am using Geo SCADA Expert 2021 February 2022 version. I need to create a user and this user should view only specific page and shouldn't view any different page. Also this user should not be able to take any action. Which of the default settings should I change when I create a new user?

You should probably create a user group object with only the read (not browse) permission on the mimic object (and any embedded mimics object), create your new user object and only add them to that user group, and then set that user's homepage to the mimic you want them to see & tick the box saying show home page at login (under the ViewX tab).
The res of the settings on the user object itself are really up to you, most you probably wont want to have ticked but it really comes down to your actual requirements (such as should they see the alarm banner, if so should they hear alarms, etc). Probably the best way is start by disable everything for that user and see, and tweak upwards.
There are also some client-side settings in File -> Options that may impact the experience for the user you should check out.

The easiest thing here would be to create the user and just not associate him with any user groups. On the screen he needs, give him read access.
This becomes more of a complex issue though depending on what data you need visible on the screen. The user needs read access to any/all objects that will be visible on this display. With that in mind, it may be best to associate him with a user group or manually define him on the group(s) he needs to see.
If there's not a ton of things he needs access to, you could always duplicate some of the tags or use calculation tags or something to derive the values and house them in his own personal folder where it's the only thing he can access.
