I'm trying to test out communications with a level sensor that utilizes Modbus as its protocol. I'm very new to SCADA Pack and Remote connect so I'm running into a few issues. First off, this sensor is only using a few registers which I have been able to configure the via Modbus client in RemoteConnect. The registers I need for now are 3000 to 3008, as shown below in my level sensors device view photo.
Now I'll be utilizing Serial3 on the SCADA Pack for its communications connection. I have configured that in Remote connect shown below in that photo.
Now this is where it gets muddy for me, how do I read said registers so I can see its current value. Do I use a Function Block Diagram Instruction specifically the OUT_IN_MBUS instruction to read the desired registers and store them into an array for usage? I can see register 3003 has a value of 52.6483 but I cannot find that anywhere within my client configuration.
If anyone would be able to point me in the right direction for some documentation on these FBD instructions and or the Modbus configuration it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

No need for FBD / logic blocks. You should already have the values inside your Logic currently.
They should be called these:
You might want to check what kind of Logic association they have back in the Object Configuration / Browser, because it is possible to have them not exposed into Logic. I would recommend that you expose them as one of the Advanced types. That way you get some additional nice information like when the value was last updated, and the status of it (i.e. whether the comms is working correctly).

Ah well that's great! I'll be out on site to test that sensor soon so hopefully I configured it correctly. Thank you for the clarification on that, much appreciated.
