Resource centre article formatting cleanup

Hopefully you've all started to use the replacement resource centre at https://community.se.com/t5/Geo-SCADA-Knowledge-Base/Resource-Center-Home/ba-p/279133 rather than the previous home on on tprojects, and Steve did a great job moving a lot of content over. However, some things didn't quite come across cleanly...

* Preformatted text became one long line, for example any structured text that is posted

* Lost the yellow alerts and red warning formatting

* Lists decided to practice social distancing and spacing of some text in general was excessive

* Exchange is a narrower page, so sometablesgotverycramped

Plus a few other things. I've cleaned up some articles as I came across them when using them, but if there are any you find ping them below (probably best as a new reply to this top comment to save too much digging around) and someone will hopefully take a look.
