I'm using GeoScada with Alert using OPC ua.
Must make some test using OPC da but cannot find any GeoSCADA OPC da server from Alert neither from another OPC da client tool installed on the same machine.
Machine is Windows Server 2025 Standard and GeoScada release is 2023 (March 2025 update).
I'm using full 100 tag demo license and can see that i have 1 OPC da client licensed connection.
May be that OPC UA server installation (PCS) does not allow OPC DA server working ?

I noticed activity on OPC da port.I reinstalled GeoSCADA without OPC UA features and everything is fine.
I think OPC UA installation create some conflict with OPC DA one.

I'm not clear if you're using OPC DA (Data Access) or OPC UA (Unified Architecture).
The OPC UA server must be enabled before it can be used, see OPC UA Server Settings in the help for details.
To access the OPC DA server a client connection must be configured. This will create the required COM registry settings to allow access by an OPC DA client. A connection called "Local" is created automatically the first time ViewX is started if none are defined. You can manage the connections from the Configure Connections tool .
