New tool for changing and fixing alarm severities

Hi All,

There's a new tool released into the KB and GitHub. This enables you to fix up alarm severities on a system.

Find it at:

https://community.exchange.se.com/t5/Geo-SCADA-Knowledge-Base/Severity-Cleaner-Tool/ba-p/402064

You can use it to reset severities which no longer exist (maybe you imported configuration from a different database which had severities which don't exist on the target or maybe you deleted a severity without changing objects which refer to it).

You can also use it to remap all objects using one severity to another severity.

Thank you.
