For quite a long time, I've noted that the PickType animation parameter supports values for custom menus (7 and 18). However, they are simply marked for internal use only and we as end-users are not encouraged to use them.
Based off this, I am just wondering whether proper mimic animation support for building custom pick action menus is on the roadmap? I find building pick actions via expressions very useful and it would be very handy to be able to add custom menu support to combine multiple pick action animation expressions.

Hi. There are only animation parameters for the pick type and parameter of the top level pick menu, so you can't affect multi-menu items directly. I recommend you do this in script - you can build a menu with code and control the options and actions.

Thank you Steve! Yes I have been using scripting for this in the past, but was wondering whether a leaner approach was possible.
