[Imported] Services and ports

Hence I would like to verify the services that need to be running (windows ) post patching

For ClearSCADA clients the only ClearSCADA-specific service is the "ClearSCADA Licence Server". If you installed the Safenet dongle drivers that might install a service too. There may be dependancies of ViewX/DBClient on other standard Windows services too, but I don't know which ones.

If the licence server isn't running on the client it falls back to any available licence on the ClearSCADA server.
