**_Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to add new objects / points to existing ClearSCADA database using the bulk build tool.
Also please let know if seperate installable is available for download from any website?_**

The BulkEdit only lets you edit existing objects.
The install is only available from the full ClearSCADA install. you can download the ClearSCADA install though. It is only available for the 2014 and greater versions.
