IEC 60870-5 104 Analog Command Delay Problem

Hi, 

We want to send Analog Command from GeoSCADA to ABB RTU via IEC 104. But, Analog Command send too late to RTU. This process take nearly 60 seconds. We try that with another brand SCADA (Reliance SCADA). Reliance SCADA sent command without waiting to same RTU. How we remove this delay time when sending Analog Command in GeoSCADA?

Can you send some picture from RTUtil software

You should perform a Wireshark capture or similar at the Geo SCADA Expert server.

This will identify whether it's truly Geo SCADA Expert responsible for the delay.

I'm not very familiar with IEC60870 in use.  But you may want to look at your poll times, and whether you have it configured to send control actions immediately or queuing them up for sending.  Start with the wireshark capture anyway.

Please request assistance from SE support if you continue to experience this issue. It is likely that configuration of data retrieval is not correct, either in the RTU or Points.
