I am unable to acknowledge these alarms.

Do you have the correct security permissions to acknowledge those alarms?

Try logging in as the superuser and give it a go..

Thank you for the reply! You are correct, it is a permissions issue. I had to log in as SU to acknowledge those alarms, even though my "admin" account has all the permissions checked.
