Good morning, I installed and licensed successfully the GeoSCADA Expert Mobile Server, but when I try to access it from my mobile app I get "Unknown Error" as in the following screeshot.
My device is authorized in the Mobile Server Configurator and when I read the IIS logs I can see it returns the "404 not found" error code.
Could you help me with my problem, please?

You are correct to check the IIS logs. An initial connection from a mobile device will look like:

You can use a web browser to check the web connection by using the URL:
https://<address/name>/mobile/service.svc/v1/admin/pin
This will return True.
Check that the MOBILECOMPANION service is running, and (in IIS config) that the web server attached to the port is 'ClearSCADAMobile'.

When I connect to "https://<SERVER IP>/mobile/service.svc/v1/admin/pin" I get "Secure connection failed"
