Geo SCADA ViewX - Menu Ribbon and QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) - Dynamically hiding/showing per user

I have a customer who wants to completely hide the ViewX Menu Ribbon and QAT, when an operator is logged on, but display them when an admin logs on.

Via the StartupConfiguration.xml file the QAT and ribbon can be hidden, but then these are also not available to admin users.

Is there a way to show/hide the QAT and Ribbon dynamically? Via script maybe?

Second prize would be to still show the QAT and Ribbon, but disable ALL buttons.

Through configuring the user accounts, Most buttons on the Ribbon can be disabled for operator users, but there are five buttons that remain available:

- Show references

- Locate

- List All Documents

- Close Document

- Close All Documents

Am I missing the configuration settings that disable these buttons? Or is it impossible to disable these buttons?

Did you find a solution for this? I'm looking to implement the same feature but like you can only do one or the other for all users.
