Geo SCADA Numeric Display Format Configuration

Hi,

I have been using GeoSCADA 2021 for a monitoring project.

We have a numeric Analog Value(Flow Totalizer) to be displayed, but the value displayed is limited to 4 digits. We have tried changing the format but still the value is limited to 4 digits. For example the exact value is 701440 but the displayed value is 7014.40. I tried removing the decimal and then the displayed value was 7014.

Can anyone suggest us how to increase the display length.

The value being read is a 32 bit analog value.

It sounds like it is working correctly. If you are wanting all 6 digits displayed with no decimal then you need to change your Scaling and/or Multiplier settings for the point.

As for the formatting options and how they work. There are a couple places you can set the formatting to be used. On the point you can set the formatting Format field I usually want two decimal places and set it to 0.00.

On the mimic you have to have selected Current Value Formatted to be using the point's formatting. Current Value Formatted also will include the Units you set on the point if it is not blank.

If however, on the mimic, you are using Current Value then it formats using the text box default. In the text object properties you an select the Font tab you can change the Format to be used.

It has been fixed. The issue was on RTU side. I should change variation static to single-precision so it will prevent from number rounded up or down and could display deicmal numbers on SCADA. 

Also on SCADA side for DNP3 analog output point, we should change Control Object to single or double precision.(g41v3,g41v4)
