1. Is the 'Notification Timestamp' in Notification history the time when the alarm was sent from ENM to the SMTP server?
Please explain what the exact concept of 'Notification Timestamp' is.
2. Is there a correlation between Notification Timestamp and timeout, retries, and backoff of email server settings?
3. If there are multiple recipients and an alarm is generated, will the ENM send them all to the SMTP server at once?
