Database Compare Tool

I think it would be a really useful function to be able to compare groups or templates within the database so that changes to points, mimics, layout, configuration, etc could be reported.

This would be particularly useful when:-

- development work is done on an offline system and the changes need to be incorporated into a running system. I do realize an Import could be performed but this is a fairly heavy handed approach when incremental changes may be all that is needed

- Comparing different versions of similar templates

- Comparing groups on different database servers, for example different systems may have a common 'library' group of templates which over time may become different.

- Comparing current versions of groups in a database to old versions to report changes
