Hello,
I get data in Geo SCADA Expert 2021 version regularly. But i can only receive the data RTU sent me. RTU has got Real Time Clock and saves data even the energy goes. But i can't see data when the energy come back in Geo SCADA. So data is lost when there is no energy. I must get data when RTU has no energy. (It's called buffering). What is the options in this situtation in Geo SCADA? Could you help me?

If the RTU is losing Power (energy) not on then it is not online to put anything in its buffers.
If the SCADA is losing its Communications connection to the RTU and if the communications Protocol you are using is DNP3 then you should beable to configure the RTU to buffer the data values. The RTU points need to be configured to be in Class 1, 2, or 3 for their data value changes to go into the buffers. If the points are only in Class 0 then they don't go into the buffers. The points will have a significant change dead band also so that minor changes do not quickly overflow the RTU buffers. Look at the documentation of the RTU on how you configure the DNP3 settings. Also look at the Help files in Geo SCADA on DNP3 to more fully understand DNP3.
I do not know of any other Communications Protocol that supports timestamped buffered data.

I am using IEC 60870-5-104 protocol. Does this protocol have buffering feature?

i have not used the 60870-5-104 protocol. A quick internet search says that it does support data buffering. You probably have to setup what gets buffered in the devices similar to DNP3. I would read the documentation of your end device and the Geo SCADA Help on 60870-5-104.
Sorry I can not be of more help. Hopefully someone else who has experience with 60870-5-104 will comment.
