Hello all,
Is there a checkbox hidden somewhere to close all open documents either upon user logout or gues user login? When we are logged in as a user and have documents open, then logout without closing the documents, they remain open on the screen. The guest user logs in, but does not force to the home screen unless all the open documents have been closed first.
At least the guest user gets access denied error code when attempting to click on these items, but we want the guest user to not be able to view them at all.
If this is not an option, is there a way to have startup commands/code for a specific mimic load to close all the other open documents?
Thanks!

For the Guest user you can remove Multi Document Interface and set Display Homepage On Logon.
That's changed in File> Options> Edit
This has to be set on every windows user profile that opens ViewX since it is saved in a file of the Windows user. You can set one and then copy the file.
older versions location C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\ViewX Global Settings.dat
Newer versions location C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\ViewX Global Settings.dat
This doesn't change anything if a user is logged on and another users logs on without logging the first out.
