Change an alarm messages

Is it possible to change standart alarm messages? 

For example, I have an analog point, wich generates message like this:

"State changed from [Previous State] to [Current State], value is [Current Value] [Reason]"

Can I change it to something shorter? Something like this

"[Current State], [Value]"

I'm pretty sure that the Event Journal messages (and Alarm Banner messages) are fixed.

Only the State Descriptions can be changed.

The Source can be changed if you configure the Alarm Source entry on the CAlarmObject also.

I'd recommend that you raise this as a feature request in the appropriate forum within this Exchange portal.
