Hi,
We have installed BMENUA0100 OPC module for our hot standby CPUs (eH58-4040). The modules for all racks are working fine except for a module which its service level is 199 instead of 255. Checking manual 199 is for the module is the Standby rack while the module is in the Primary rack! To ensure that its communicating with the standby CPU, I stopped the standby CPU and service level changed to 120 which indicates that the CPU is in Stop mode! As a result I can read the OPC tags but I can't write to them.
the same module works fine in other panels and I replaced the module with other working modules but all of them had the same issue.
