Add an inverted trend option for ad-hoc trends to Geo SCADA

I am submitting this feature request on behalf of Tim Ireland of Yolo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District.

Tim would like to see the ability to invert the y-axis on an ad-hoc trend (I.E. instead of the bottom being minimum and the top being maximum, invert it so that the bottom is maximum and the top is minimum). 

Having an 'invert y-axis' checkbox in the point properties dialog (in the 'Trend' section) would be the preferred method of choosing this feature.

If an analog point has an inverted scale (i.e. Full Scale = smallest value and Zero Scale = largest value) then you can also configure the point's trend with an inverted scale (i.e. Trend Maximum = smallest value and Trend Minimum = largest value), and the ad-hoc trend will then use this inverted scale.

However, not all drivers support analog points with an inverted scale.
