Add a new diagram in Diagrams tab

Can I create new diagram in the Diagrams tab of the Site Server Web Application?

Hi @Esperanto ,

The Diagram application in the Site Server web app is to confirm the device communication.

You cannot create a new diagram in the Diagrams tab. Besides, this option can be used for troubleshooting purposes to determine whether the device is connected properly and communicating to the Site Server or not. It can take up to 30 minutes for the system to generate the diagrams when you add a new device.

The Diagrams application in the Site Server web app is not for viewing and/or analyzing the meters' data, but the device data  must be monitored/viewed in the EcoStruxure Energy Hub.

However, to make sure I got you right...

I understand now:

• Adding a new diagram in diagrams tab should NOT be used to create new diagrams
• However, I can use this feature to check devices are properly connected and send data to site server.

Right?
