"Priority not changeable" when binding SNVTs

Cause
In the XIF file, you can specify if the variable should be sent by default with priority. You can also specify if this should be changeable. If both devices are set to not changeable and they use a different flag in the priority setting, you get this message.
Resolution
The 2 devices are not compatible. You can not make the binding.
