Issue
When importing custom format card records, Continuum fails to create personnel objects for records where the card number has seven or more digits.
Environment

Cause
- Continuum defaults to Infinity_37 When the card format is not specified in the import file.
- While custom formats can accommodate larger card numbers, Infinity 37 cards only support card numbers up to 524287.
Resolution
- Add a attribute column for cardtype.
- Under the card format column for each card, add Customwiegand.
