Issue
During Energy Expert installation an error is shown, and the floating license manager is never installed

Cause
"Error 1722" occurs due to a conflict between the version of Java installed on the PC and the version included in the EE installation package
Resolution
- Uninstall all versions of Java from the PC
- Install the JavaRuntime manually from the install media "..\setup\SetupSupport\Licensing\JavaRuntime\x86\jre1.7.0_02.msi"
- Run the complete installation again
