Issue
After powering off, pressing the reset and Reset IP button a bCX1 controller still will not start up. CPU does not flash and controller will not respond to a ping.

Cause
The controller is connected to an Ethernet network that is in a broadcast storm condition. This scenario can also occur if a patch lead is inadvertently looped back onto the same Switch/Router.
Resolution
Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the controller and it will start up correctly.
On a very busy network or under a broadcast storm condition the controller will protect itself as detailed in Controllers go offline during a broadcast storm.
