Issue

WorkPlace Commissioning Tool configured for BACnet IP is unable to discover MNB MS/TP devices connected to an ENC

Environment

I/A Series G3 Enterprise Network Controller BACnet Integration

Cause

The ENC station's BACnet routing is not enabled.

Resolution

In the G3 station, navigate to BacnetNetwork > Bacnet Comm > Network. Check and ensue that 'Routing Enabled' is set to true.
