Cause
VisiSat Version 2.1 is designed to work with Visio 2003 and later. Compatibility with Visio 2002 is not supported due to architectural differences and feature limitations in the older version.
Resolution
To ensure full functionality and support, VisiSat Version 2.1 Build 148 must be used with Visio 2003. This requirement is documented in the official VisiSat 2.1 Configuration Tool Datasheet.
