Cause
The MicroNet 50 series (MN350, MN450, MN550, MN650) LCD and touchscreen models, along with IAC 420, IAC 600, and touchscreen variants, have been withdrawn from sale due to product obsolescence. No direct replacements are currently offered.
Resolution
Although the devices are no longer commercially available, the replacement battery is still obtainable.
