Issue
When trying to access TAC Webstation a message saying 'Service unavailable' occurs.
Environment

Cause
The problem is that the application pool in the IIS where TAC Vista Webstation is located is closed down when trying to access it.
Resolution
The workaround for this is:
- Go to Properties for the application pool which contains TAC Vista Webstation
- Choose Identity and change the predefined 'Network service' to 'local system'
