Issue
Windows processes are showing when continuum shuts down instead of just Cyberstation processes
Environment
- Continuum
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista
- Windows 7
- Windows Server 2003
- Windows Server 2008
Cause
The Cyberstation installation has become corrupted
Resolution
1. Verify that Continuum is running on a supported Windows Operating System for that version. Check the Continuum Compatibility Matrix.
2. Uninstall Cyberstation, Reboot, Reinstall
