Issue
I reloaded a netcontroller in the Eastern Time Zone from a PC whose time was set to Pacific time. Now all the controllers under this Continuum Network have their time set to Pacific time, not local time.

Cause
Reloaded a controller from a workstation that was configured for a different time zone.
Resolution
- When a controller is reloaded from a Cyberstation, the Cyberstation sets the controller time to the local time that configured in the Cyberstation PC.
- Once the date and time has been set, the controller broadcasts it's date and time to all of the Infinity network controllers on the same Continuum network.
- These controllers in turn set their own time to the time that they received via the broadcast.
