Cause
Require the ability to forecast how much space will be required to store and retain data within the Building Operation WebReports database.
Resolution
The attached Excel Spreadsheets can be used to forecast how much space is needed to store and retain the Building Operation WebReports database.

Note that SQL 2008 R2 Express only allows a database size of 10 GB, so if your configuration is more extensive than that you should probably consider using the full SQL Server 2008 R2 editions.
