Issue
When connecting to Web Client using a secure HTTPS connection and logging in, the web page updates very slowly. When browsing between menus, lists of objects and/or details will update slowly or not at all.

Cause
The Maximum Worker Processes parameter in the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager is set too low to service Web Client. It has been seen in some instances that this was set to a value of 1 which will impede the performance of the client.
Resolution
The Maximum Worker Processes parameter must be set to a value of "10".
- Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager by searching for "IIS" in the Windows search bar.

- Navigate to Application Pools, right-click DefaultAppPool, and select Advanced Settings.
