Issue
When trying to upgrade a SmartX server from 3.0.x.x to any hotfix build, you get the following errors:

Cause
This is an issue within 7z. The path becomes too long on the unzipping of it. In 3.1 and onwards, only the GUID is used as the folder name. In 3.0, its is the file name + GUID which causes the path to become too long.
Resolution
Rename the firmware file so that it is shorter in length.
