Upgrade from Vista 5.0 to 5.1
Resolution
Unlike previous Vista 4 Software, upgrading from 5.0 to 5.1 is not a free upgrade.
You must purchase a Vista 5.1 license or upgrade license.
Also if the site has a maintenance agreement the license will be provided through that agreement.
