Unable to Import/Export objects from/to a Multi Purpose Manager (MPM)
Environment
SmartStruxure Lite Multi-Purpose Manager
Cause
The “save to file” button cannot be activated after clicking on “prepare data”.
Resolution
The browser being used needs to have Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed.
Check if flash player is installed on your computer using the link below. The latest version of Flash Player can also be downloaded from the same page.
