Issue
UI-8-10 module is reporting no change of state on inputs when shorted.
Environment
UI-8-10
Cause
Setting the voltage range switch to 10V when the Reference Resistor is in the on position is an invalid configuration.
Resolution
Change the voltage range settings to 5v on the input.
