Issue
When the remote I/O modules (MNB-1000-15) are powered for the first time, the status LED stays blinking red.

Cause
This is a normal operation.
Resolution
- When the associated MNB-1000 receives a database configured with remote I/O modules, it will initiate communication with the remote I/O modules.
- If it is successful, then the status LED with turn green.
