Issue

The default Sigma user name TAC USER does not work with Sigma 4.05 SEB.

Environment

• Sigma 4.05 SEB

Cause

The default user name was updated starting from Sigma 4.05 SEB.

Resolution

From Sigma 4.05 SEB onwards, the default user name is:

SIGMA USER
(Note: The password remains unchanged.)

Additional Notes

• If login fails using TAC USER, ensure the version is 4.05 SEB or later and use SIGMA USER instead.
• This change applies only from version 4.05 SEB onwards. Earlier versions still use TAC USER.
