Issue
Xenta OP menu items: Status, Sub menu, Week chart, Holiday chart, Alarm, Access Code, Edit Access Code, Date and Time, Daylight Saving have defined Access Levels:
- Low Level
- Medium Level
- High Level
Accessing the medium or high-level menu items requires a password. What is the default password and how can they be changed? What if the passwords have been lost?

Cause
Accessing the medium or high-level menu items requires a password.
Resolution
- The default password for accessing medium level menu items is: 1111
- The default password for accessing high-level menu items is: 2222
- These can be changed via the Xenta OP only provided the "Edit Access Code" menu item is present in the OP Tree.
- Downloading the controller may reset the access level passwords back to the default.
