Cause
As outlined in the official product announcement, Satchwell BAS2800+ has reached end-of-life. This article provides validated operating system information for versions 2.9 and 2.10 to support legacy system users.
Resolution
According to Product Information Bulletin 04.04.02-2, BAS2800+ versions 2.9 and 2.10 have been validated to run on the following Microsoft Windows platforms:
- Windows NT 4.0
- Windows 2000 Professional
- Windows 2000 Server
- Windows XP Professional
- Windows Server 2003
⚠️ Note: These operating systems are no longer supported by Microsoft. Use in secure environments only and consider upgrading to supported platforms where possible.
