Changing a value
Changed value returns to its original value
Cause
The value appears to have been changed correctly, but when the page is refreshed, or changed and returned to, the original value is shown.
Resolution
There are two ways to change a value as shown below;
1 - Using the edit option. - Select "Edit" which is located on the right-hand side of the current value.
- The "Edit" box is displayed.
- Enter the required value and select "OK".
- Now go to the lower right-hand side of the window and select "Apply".
2 - Typing over the current value - Wipe over the current value to highlight it, and enter required value.
- Now go to the lower right-hand side of the window and select "Apply".
