Issue
Error message when starting SigmaX, says "Failed to Create Object", once accepted SigmaX works correctly.

Cause
Sigma Graphics has not correctly registered in the system registry.
Resolution
This issue is rectified as detailed below.
1 - Close SigmaX if running.
2 - Start the Sigma server and client.
3 - Open the Sigma graphics editor, and either open an existing graphic, or start a new one.
4 - Modify the graphic and then save the changes.
5 - Shutdown the Sigma client and server, Start SigmaX and confirm its operation.
