Cause
The network connection to a remote Sigma client fails.
Resolution
This issue is caused by a network connection failure on a remote Sigma client, and although not caused by the local client, once it has occurred, it will affect the local client as well.
The issue can be overcome by restarting the Sigma server.
To correct this issue, it is recommended that the site be upgraded to Sigma 4.05 SEB or later.
