Cause
SigmaCE relies on technologies that are not supported by Apple mobile devices:
- iOS does not support JavaScript in the way required by SigmaCE.
- There is no equivalent ActiveX component for Apple operating systems.
- SigmaCE was designed for Windows Mobile 5 and 6, which are no longer widely supported.
Resolution
SigmaCE is not compatible with iPad, iPhone, or Android devices.
- Only Windows Mobile 5 or 6 devices may support SigmaCE.
